Returns & Cancellations

Cancellation of order by the user

  • The user can only cancel the placed order if the order status is pending. Whereas, if the order is being processed or dispatched the user cannot place the cancellation of order. For cancelling the order, the user can get in touch with us through call, text message or email. In case we received a cancellation notification and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled.

    Dhaliwal Couture has the complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled of not. Also, the user agrees not to dispute the decision made by Dhaliwal Couture.

Cancellation of order by Dhaliwal Couture

  • Dhaliwal Couture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed incorrect price or any other reason.This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/ or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.

    If non – delivery or late delivery occurs due to incomplete or incorrect information such as name and/ or address, or recipient not available or any other reason; any extra cost spent by Dhaliwal Couture for re – delivery shall be claimed from the user.

Stitching

  • We have a team of trained tailor masters and designers. For Canadian customers the stitching option is available. The user can mention the measurements to avail this option.

Return Policy

  • Dhaliwal Couture takes stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to the user are in perfect condition. However, there is a possibility that:

    • The item may be damaged during transit.

    • If there is a manufacturing defect.

    • Or a wrong item is delivered to the user.

    In only such cases given above we will accept the return of the package. The user can make return request within48 hours of delivery, and the same can be conveyed using call, text or email.

    Note: Please make sure to make the video before and during opening the package in order to complaint about any defect in the order.

    The return responsibility and extra cost of courier charges will be bearable by the user. The return address will be given to the user. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, the user is requested to send the item back to us. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return without our confirmation.

Refund Policy

  • • 100% refund will be given if product is not available or we fail to deliver the product.

    • Refund will only be given if return request is made within the given time as mentioned above.

    • The item should be unused, all tags should be intact in order to claim the refund. However, if the product has defect(s) due to manufacturing or transit, full refund will be given (please ensure to make video as written above).
